Guidelines for Creating a Customer Review

Useful tips for your customer review – what you can do
  • You can add text to your customer review and rate by giving stars. The following applies: The more stars, the better you like the product.
  • Share your personal experiences with the product.
  • Product comparisons are allowed.
  • Please provide reasons for your arguments.
  • A well-founded and helpful review should have a certain length. We recommend approximately 300 - 500 characters.
What you should not write in your customer review
  • Revealing contents or stories that would spoil the product experience for other customers.
  • Obscenities or offensive content.
  • Insults, racist, or sexist remarks.
  • Promoting alternative ordering/shipping options.
  • Please do not impersonate another person.
  • Any form of buying, trading, or selling activities.
  • Disclosing information that falls under data protection, such as the name and address of a person.
  • Any form of spam or meaningless string of characters.
  • Contributions or texts that were not written by you, even if a reference to the original author is provided. Exception: Short quotes from a book, article, or other product that are thematically relevant to the discussion.
  • Reviews are intended as constructive criticism and guidance for customers' purchasing decisions regarding a specific product. Please consider that reviews are not a means to address complaints about the company Ravensburger.

General Information Registration
  • To ensure the quality of reviews, we require a registration before submitting a review.
  • To create an account please click here to register with Ravensburger, BRIO or ThinkFun.
  • If you are already registered with Ravensburger and have a customer account, please use your existing login details. If you do not have a user account with Ravensburger, please register beforehand.
Name Selection
  • For each text review, a name must be provided.
  • This name does not necessarily have to be your real name or your username from the customer account; you can choose any name you like.
  • We evaluate the name according to the same criteria as the text. Racist, sexist, or offensive names, for example, are not allowed.
