So much fun playing with this upgraded Castles of Burgundy!

We have been playing Castles of Burgundy for years and years. We LOVE this game. When we first saw this Special Edition, we were not convinced that the cost would justify the upgrade, but we eventually decided to give it a try. We are so glad we did and yes, the upgrade is way worth it! Having all the player boards (and with enough of each version for 4 players to play the same board) is amazing. We go back and forth on wanting the same board vs. different boards, so this allows us to play how we want to play when we want. We also love the inclusion of all the expansions. We did not have any expansions previously and the expansions really do add to game play. The vineyard expansion that Stefan Feld created for this Special Edition cannot be found anywhere else. This is yet another reason we were happy to have this upgraded Special Edition of Castles of Burgundy. We cannot get enough of playing this version of Castles of Burgundy. We are happy we made the leap of faith to upgrade. Don't hesitate to get this game before it is gone.
