How do I earn loyalty points?

As a Ravensburger Club member, you’ll earn 10 points for every $1 spent in our online shop. Points are shown on each product page next to the description.
You can also earn extra points for:
- Registering for the Ravensburger Club
- Signing up for our newsletter
- Participating in special promotions

How does the points system work?

- Every $1 spent = 10 points
- 100 points = $1 off
- 1,000 points = $10 off
Example:
Spend $50 and earn 500 points—you can redeem them for $5 off your next purchase. Or save up 1,000 points for a free product!
You can view all available ways to earn points in the Ravensburger Club section of your account.
When you redeem a reward, your points balance will be reduced by the corresponding amount. All available reward offers can be found in the Ravensburger Club section of your account.

What happens to points from the Points Club?

If you’ve previously earned points through the Ravensburger Points Club, you can transfer them to the new Ravensburger Club. You’ll receive an email with your current points balance and a link to activate them in your account. You can also log into your account.

Why is my points balance negative after return?
_______________________________________________
If you return a product that earned points, those points will be deducted from your balance. If your current balance isn’t high enough, your account may show a negative balance.
Example:
- You purchase a $50 product and earn 500 points.
- If you return the product, 500 points are deducted.
- If you’ve already redeemed some points, your balance may become negative (e.g., -50 points).
To restore your balance, simply earn more points through future purchases.

How can I check my points balance?

Log into your account and visit the "Ravensburger Club" section to view your points balance, earned rewards, and redemption history.
* Please Note: Allow up to one hour after purchase for points to show in your account.

How do I redeem my loyalty points?

You can use your points for discounts on purchases at www.ravensburger.us.
- Your available points will be displayed during checkout.
- You can choose to redeem them for a discount (10 points = $1 off). All points must be redeemed in a single transaction. Partial point redemptions aren’t supported.
- Or, save them for exclusive rewards, such as selected Ravensburger products, which you can view in your Ravensburger Club profile.
Note: Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Is there a limit to how many points I can collect?

Yes, you can accumulate up to 100,000 points.

Do my points expire?

Your points expire after 4 years of inactivity. However, if you log in within that period, your points remain valid, and the 4-year period resets. We’ll notify you via email before any points expire, giving you time to log in and keep them active.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No, loyalty points are personal and non-transferable.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel your Ravensburger Club membership or delete your entire account at any time.
- To leave the Club but keep your account, go to Settings > Leave the Ravensburger Club. You’ll no longer earn or redeem points, but your customer account remains active.
- To delete your account, go to Settings > Delete Customer Account. This automatically cancels your membership, and all points will be lost.
