We will collect, use, and disclose such Personal Information pursuant to this Policy and applicable law.

You are not required to create an account in order to place an order. If you register for an account, you may review and update the information previously provided to us or inform us that you want us to remove your information from our database by editing your account information on the Site or by contacting us as set forth in Section 10.
Online Orders and Payment: If you place an order online, you will be required to submit your contact, shipping, and billing information. However, we will not treat Feedback as confidential, and we may use Feedback for any purpose in our sole discretion so long as it does not personally identify you. Feedback may be used without attribution or compensation to you.

Not all features or functions of the Site may work properly if you disable Tracking Technologies. Various browsers (i.e., Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.) allow a “do not track” setting, which sends a signal to websites visited by an individual about their browser DNT setting. At this time, there is no general agreement on how companies, like us, should interpret DNT signals. Therefore, at this time our Services do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals transmitted by browsers.
Data from Other Sources

We are active on social media, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and Pinterest (“Social Media”). We may use Personal Information to send you advertisements, to notify you of new products, to send you our newsletter, to notify you of new features on our Site or new services, to notify you of changes to our website terms or this Policy, and for other similar communications. We may use third-parties or service providers to deliver communications to you. You may opt-out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email.
Job Applications: We use Personal Information submitted in the application for purposes of filling the position for which you have applied.
To Protect Our Rights. We may use Personal Information to protect our legal rights or interests, or those of other parties, including to bring a legal action against you or anyone who may be causing harm to us, our Services, or to other users of the Services. We may also use Personal Information to seek business, financial or legal advice, and to respond to other legal requests.

Google sets Tracking Technologies on your browser or device, and then your web browser will automatically send information to Google. Google uses this information to provide us with reports that we use to better understand and measure how users interact with our Site. To learn more about how Google uses data, visit Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s page on “How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps.” You may download the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for each web browser you use, but this does not prevent the use of other analytics tools. To learn more about Google Analytics cookies, visit Google’s “Google Analytics Cookie Usage on Websites” page.
- Online Behavioral Advertising. We use third-party Tracking Technologies to provide interest-based advertising services. These services may serve advertisements on our behalf that are customized based on predictions about your interests generated from your visits to websites (including our Site) over time and across different websites. The data collected may be associated with your Personal Information.
- To change your preferences with respect to certain online ads or to obtain more information about ad networks and online behavioral advertising, visit National Advertising Initiative Consumer opt-out page or the Digital Advertising Alliance Self-Regulatory Program. Changing your settings with individual browsers or ad networks will not necessarily carry over to other browsers or ad networks. As a result, depending on the opt-outs you request, you may still see our ads. Opting-out of targeted advertising does not opt you out of all ads, just those targeted to you.
- Retention of Personal Information
We will keep Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is permitted or required by law. We take reasonable steps to delete the Personal Information we collect when: (1) we have a legal obligation to do so, (2) we no longer have a purpose for retaining the information, or (3) if you ask us to delete your Personal Information, unless we determine that doing so would violate our existing legal, regulatory, dispute resolution, contractual, or similar obligations. We may also decide to delete your Personal Information if we believe it is incomplete, inaccurate, or that our continued storage of your Personal Information is contrary to our legal obligations or business objectives. When we delete your Personal Information, it will be removed from our active servers and databases; however, it may remain in our archives when it is not practical or possible to delete it.

In some cases, a third-party provider may interact with you directly in connection with our Site or our products and services. To the extent we do not receive, access, or store Personal Information that you provide to such third-party provider(s), such data collection is subject to that third-party provider’s privacy policies and/or applicable terms of use, which are made available to you to the extent required by appliable laws.
