Tolles System, tolle Neuerungen!

Letztes Jahr zu Weihnachten hat mein 8-jähriger Sohn das Gravitrax Starterset und ein paar Erweiterungen geschenkt bekommen. Nicht nur er war direkt begeistert vom Gravitrax System, auch der Rest der Familie war sofort infiziert. Seitdem haben wir viele Tage und Abende damit verbracht, tolle Bahnen zu bauen. Anfangs die Bahnen aus der Anleitung des Startersets, danach alle Bahnen aus dem Gravitrax Buch und als wir damit durch waren, haben wir angefangen uns eigene Bahnen auszudenken. Es ist wirklich klasse, wie kreativ sich alle immer wieder neue Bahnen und neue Highlights ausdenken. Manchmal baut jeder seine eigene Bahn und dann versuchen wir die Bahnen am Ende mit Hilfe von Gauss-Kanonen miteinander zu kombinieren. Was ich immer wieder faszinierend finde ist, dass meine beiden Kinder sonst keine Minute stillsitzen können, aber mit dem Gravitrax-Bahnenbauen können sie sich stundenlang ganz ruhig und konzentriert beschäftigen. Dieses Mal gab es dann zu Weihnachten das Gravitrax Starterset extreme. Bereits unter dem Weihnachtsbaum gab es schon Luftsprünge vom Großen und auch der Rest der Familie freute sich auf den nächsten Morgen, als endlich das Bauen losgehen konnte. Das extreme Set gibt uns ganz neue Möglichkeiten. Durch die Höhensteine, die Wand und die Balkons kann noch besser in die Höhe gebaut werden. Was auch wichtig war, sind die Bernoulli-Schienen. Bisher war es teilweise schwierig, steile Übergänge zu bauen. Durch die Bernoulli-Schienen ist das nun möglich, ohne dass die Kugeln aus der Bahn fallen. Im Starterset enthalten sind viele Action-Steine. Neben der altbekannten Gauss-Kanone gibt es auch tolle Neuheiten wie den Mixer, den Splitter oder einen Starter, der gleich 6 Kugeln auf einmal auf die Reise schicken kann. Von mir gibt es Daumen hoch und 5 Sterne für ein tolles System und ein ganz tolles neues Set, das viele neue Möglichkeiten bietet.

Initially we used the tracks from the instructions in the starter set, then all the tracks from the Gravitrax book and when we had finished that, we started to think up our own tracks. It's really great how creatively everyone keeps coming up with new tracks and new highlights. Sometimes everyone builds their own course and then we try to combine the courses at the end with the help of Gauss cannons. What I always find fascinating is that my two children can't sit still for a minute otherwise, but with Gravitrax track building they can keep themselves quiet and focussed for hours. This time they got the Gravitrax starter set extreme for Christmas. The big boy was already jumping for joy under the Christmas tree and the rest of the family was also looking forward to the next morning when the building could finally begin. The extreme set gives us completely new possibilities. The height blocks, the wall and the balconies make it even easier to build upwards. The Bernoulli rails were also important. Previously, it was sometimes difficult to build steep transitions. Thanks to the Bernoulli rails, this is now possible without the balls falling off the track. The starter set contains many action bricks. In addition to the well-known Gauss cannon, there are also great new features such as the mixer, the splitter and a starter that can send 6 balls on their journey at once. I give it a thumbs up and 5 stars for a great system and a fantastic new set that offers lots of new possibilities.
