By participating in this prize draw, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Organizer
The prize draw is organized by Ravensburger Verlag GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Ravensburger”).
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons residing in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Poland, Sweden, and the United States.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Employees of the Ravensburger Group and their immediate family members are excluded from participation. Participation via third parties (e.g., competition agencies) is not permitted.
Ravensburger reserves the right to exclude participants who:
- violate these terms and conditions,
- attempt to gain an advantage through manipulation, and/or
- provide false personal information.
This exclusion may also be applied retrospectively.
3. General information about the prize draw
a) Participation requires a valid, free membership in the Ravensburger Club, as well as the entry of the email address used to register the membership.
b) Participation takes place via the integrated form on the prize draw page.
The entry period runs from June 8, 2025 to June 21, 2026 (11:59 PM).
c) By entering the prize draw, you apply—without guarantee—for one of the following prizes. Winners will be selected at random from all participants:
- 1 × 50,000 loyalty points (equivalent to €500), redeemable in the Ravensburger online shop*
- 5 × product bundles, each worth €100
*Redeemable until July 1, 2030
4. Winner selection
Unless otherwise stated on the prize draw page, winners will be selected randomly and notified by email.
Ravensburger may also publish the name of the winner as part of reporting on the prize draw.
5. Prize conditions
Cash payment of the prize is not possible.
The prize is non-transferable and will expire if the winner does not respond within 4 weeks of receiving the winner notification or if the notification cannot be delivered.
In such cases, Ravensburger reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their personal details.
6. Submitted content
If a participant submits content as part of the prize draw (e.g., an image or text), the participant guarantees that:
- they hold all rights to the submitted content, and
- all necessary permissions from third parties have been obtained.
7. Liability
Ravensburger shall only be liable for damages caused by Ravensburger or its agents in cases of:
- intent,
- gross negligence, or
- breach of essential contractual obligations.
This does not apply to claims under product liability law or for damage to life, body, or health.
8. Changes or termination
Ravensburger reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the prize draw at any time for good cause.
Such cause exists in particular if the proper conduct of the prize draw is disrupted or prevented.
In such cases, participants shall have no claims against Ravensburger.
9. Conflicting information
In the event of discrepancies between these terms and conditions and the information provided on the prize draw page, the information on the prize draw page shall prevail.
10. Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
