We like your Instagram picture/video and would love to share it with our community.
We are Ravensburger AG, Robert-Bosch-Straße 1, 88214 Ravensburg, Germany (“we”, “us”), and we’d like to share your Instagram picture or video (“content”) with our community in connection with the “Ravensburger blue triangle” product range. We would share your content via our social media channels, websites and newsletters. That would also include the digital channels of our affiliated companies in the Ravensburger Group as well as the channels of our partners who sell our products to end customers.
If you use the above hashtag to respond to a comment on our Instagram account or upload a photo via the upload function on our website, you consent to the following participation conditions:
1. You are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to demand evidence in the form of an official ID document.
2. You confirm that your content does not violate any third-party rights, breach any laws, or contain advertising content from a third party.
3. You grant us a non-exclusive, charge-free license to use your content worldwide for PR and advertising purposes in connection with the “Ravensburger blue triangle” product portfolio. Possible channels used for this are our website, newsletter and social media channels as well as digital channels of online retailers that offer our products. The license you grant us does not have a time limit, however you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future. If you no longer want us to use your content, simply mail us at [email protected] .
4. You confirm and guarantee that you hold all the rights necessary to enable the transfer of rights according to Section 4 (including intellectual property rights to your content and the permission of all persons who appear in your content). If this rights situation changes in the future, you are obliged to revoke your consent as described below so that we can erase your content.
5. Please understand that, when you consent to these participation conditions, we are permitted but not obliged to use your content. We are also entitled to use, process or alter your content or to combine it with other content – while upholding your personal rights.
7. If your content violates third-party rights, you are obliged to reimburse us for the costs and expenses caused by this, unless you are not responsible for the violation of rights, either by intent or negligence.
8. These participation conditions are subject to German law unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
9. We are entitled at any time and without explanation to reject photos, erase material or exclude the user from participation if content breaches these participation conditions. Furthermore, we are entitled to terminate the offer at any time. Compensation claims are excluded.
If you change your mind about our use of your content or if you are a holder of a trademark/copyright and believe that the content of a user breaches your rights, please contact us at [email protected]. Please provide enough information so that we can identify the content and (if applicable) the owner of the content.
Please remember that if you erase your content on your Instagram account this does not mean that the content is also erased on our company website or social media pages. Please contact us at [email protected] if you want us to erase your content.
