We offer piece counts for all ages. For younger or newer puzzlers, we offer 24 pieces floor puzzles, 49, 100, 200 and 300 pieces. For more experienced puzzlers, we offer 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000-piece options.
All our photo puzzles are made with the same materials as our standard puzzles. Your image is printed on our museum-grade paper using safe inks and is applied to our signature puzzle board. You’re getting the same, high-quality puzzle that you would find in stores.
We recommend using photos with a resolution of at least 150 dpi and no smaller than 400 x 400 pixels in size. Photos with a resolution of 300 dpi is ideal for printing. Most phones nowadays take photos that are ideal for printing and work for photo puzzles.
We currently accept .jpg and .jpeg formats under 50MB in size. We also require photos to be in RGB color format – which is the standard format on most phones.
Yes. During the creation process, you have control over how your image is positioned and cropped when produced.
Yes, but only if it follows our guidelines AND you have the rights to the image. All photos uploaded are reviewed and may refuse projects if photos:
• Contain graphic/violent content • Go against our brand values • Violate the rights of 3rd party individuals • Violate legal regulations
You can expect your Photo Puzzle to take up to 10 business days to arrive at your doorstep from the moment you submitted your order. If you place an order over the weekend, your order will be processed on the next business day.
You can check your order status anytime by logging in to your Ravensburger Customer Account. You will also be notified by email when your order is placed and shipped.
Yes. During checkout, you will be able to enter the address you wish the Photo Puzzle to be sent to.
We wish we had better news for you. Once your order is placed, we immediately begin printing your Photo Puzzle. If you think there was a mistake with your order, please email our customer service team at service.us@Ravensburger.com and they can assist you.

Yes. If you wish to cancel your order, please email our customer service team at service.us@Ravensburger.com and they can issue a full refund.
We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns for Photo Puzzles. We can replace your Photo Puzzle free of charge – or – we can issue a full refund. Please email us at service.us@Ravensburger.com
