We offer piece counts for all ages. For younger or newer puzzlers, we offer 24 pieces floor puzzles, 49, 100, 200 and 300 pieces. For more experienced puzzlers, we offer 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000-piece options. We also offer 631 piece personalized Krypt puzzles.
All our photo puzzles are made with the same materials as our standard puzzles. Your image is printed on our museum-grade paper using safe inks and is applied to our signature puzzle board. You’re getting the same, high-quality puzzle that you would find in stores.
We have minimum and maximum size requirements for all photos:
Minimum Size: 1400 pixels
Maximum Size: 8000 pixels
Here are the recommended sizes for your photos based on the piece count. All sizes are formatted as Width x Height. Please note that some sizes below may convert larger than the actual size of the puzzle due to our minimum pixel requirement of 1400 pixels.

• 49pc Square Puzzle: 1400 x 1400 px

We recommend using photos with a resolution of at least 150 dpi. Photos with a resolution of 300 dpi are ideal for printing. Most phones nowadays take photos that are ideal for printing and work perfectly for photo puzzles.
We currently accept .jpg/.jpeg formats with a minimum of 3MB and a maximum of 50MB in size. We also require photos to be in RGB color format – which is the standard format on most phones.
Yes. During the creation process, you have control over how your image is positioned and cropped.
Yes, however all images are reviewed and approved if it follows our guidelines. You also
must have the rights to the image. We will refuse projects if photos:
• Contain graphic/violent content
• Go against our brand values
• Violate the rights of 3rd party individuals
• Violate legal regulations

All our personalized photo puzzles, are crafted with care at our state-of-the-art production facility nestled in the charming city of Ravensburg, located in the heart of southern Germany.
With a commitment to prompt delivery, we currently provide international express shipping. You can expect your Photo Puzzle to take up to 10 business days to arrive at your doorstep from the moment you submitted your order. If you place an order over the weekend, your order will be processed on the next business day.
You can check your order status anytime by logging in to your Ravensburger Customer Account. You will also be notified by email when your order is placed and shipped.
Yes. During checkout, you will be able to enter the address you wish the Photo Puzzle to be sent to.
We wish we had better news for you, but no changes can be made once your order is placed. We immediately begin printing your Photo Puzzle.
No. We highly recommend reviewing your order is correct before submitting. We immediately go into production and once your order is processed, we cannot cancel your order.
We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns for Photo Puzzles. We can replace your Photo Puzzle free of charge – or – we can issue a full refund. Please email us at

We offer a flat rate of $11.99 for all photo puzzle orders. We don't offer Expedited shipping for photo puzzles at this time.
